SPAIN!
- Today the Tour leaves France for its neighboring country of Spain. Huh? I thought this was the TOUR DE FRANCE; and doesn't Spain have its own tour anyway? The answer is yes, Spain's 3-week Grand Tour is called the Vuelta e España. However, it is not uncommon for big 3-week races to go into nearby countries from time to time. So the Tour of Italy (Giro d'Italia) might visit Switzerland, or the Tour de France might visit... you guessed it: SPAIN! And it looks like today, the rain is falling in Spain...
